Michał Gąszczyk

CEO @inhire.io

Michał Gąszczyk is an entrepreneur, originator, and long-time CEO of inhire.io – a platform recognized as the #1 job matching platform in Poland. Following years spent in consulting, and after building and scaling his own company, he now advises B2B enterprises on optimizing their revenue processes. As CEO of salesaudit.ai, he specializes in implementing automation within the RevOps (Revenue Operations) departments of B2B companies.

Every founder's journey is a masterclass and Michał has collected some invaluable lessons. The inhire.io Co-Founder will unpack the pivotal moments and critical decisions from his adventure in highly competitive market. We'll move beyond the vanity metrics to discuss the real-world challenges: Managing Founder's alignment, the risk of relying on a sales stars, and the crucial importance of timing. Learn how to build resilient systems and why a balanced approach to growth is your best defense against market turbulence.

Fryderyk will have a Fireside chat conversation that will be led by Przemek Siódmiak.

Anna Przybył

Data Scientist @SpeakLeash Foundation and a key member @Bielik.AI team

Anna Przybył is a Data Scientist working in Research & Development at SpeakLeash Foundation and a key member of the Bielik.AI team. She has played a significant role in developing Bielik, Poland's first large language model specifically designed for the Polish language. Her contributions include co-creating training instructions for the Bielik LLM and representing the project at high-profile conferences across Europe. Beyond her technical work, she actively promotes Bielik's applications in various domains, including ESG reporting, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions, demonstrating the model's practical value in handling Polish-language nuances better than global alternatives.

Ania will unpack startup-ready use cases showing what to build this quarter, not “someday.” You’ll see how Bielik, a family of open Polish LLMs (4.5B–11B params), trained on large native corpora and evaluated on Polish MT-Bench, delivers accuracy and tone that generic models miss. We’ll compare lightweight v3 models you can run cost-efficiently with on-prem or sovereign setups—crucial for data residency and privacy in early-stage teams. Ania will share quick wins and the exact stack to ship a pilot in days. You’ll leave with a mini playbook: what to automate first, which Bielik variant to choose, and how to measure ROI from week one.

Startup Community Poznań

Before the event, first about SCP: Who are we and what do you gain by being part of this event?

Image

We integrate the Poznań startup environment

At SCP, we connect current and future Startup Founders from Poznań and the surrounding area, creating a space for exchanging experiences and knowledge. We connect them with people who can support them in developing and scaling their business. Our goal is to create a strong and active community focused on business and personal development.

When a Founder Needs Money...

90% of startups fail not because the product idea is bad, but because they lack sufficient funding. SCP is a place that connects founders with potential investors and institutions (mainly VC funds and business angels) who want to invest in innovative products that bring value to others.

Image

What is always postponed...

...is the Founder's growth, strengthening leadership skills, building a strong team that functions well in a high-risk environment. Communication, networking skills, presenting, pitching, negotiating: All of this is often not a priority for the Founder. SCP is a place that offers space and experts who share knowledge and practical tools ready for immediate implementation.

Image

The Goal: You are not alone

When you start your startup, you have 1000 things to do and often no one to help you or even bounce your thoughts off of. The goal of SCP is to make sure you are no longer alone: It's a place where you can get support, advice and skills. The fact that we have common challenges and face similar things unites us: After all, we can be stronger together.

Who comes to SCP Meetups?

Image

Founders, Co-Founders and Startup Employees

The core of SCP is the people who run the startup and are committed to working with them: Regardless of the product development phase or the funding rounds raised. They are here for knowledge and networking, but also to share their experiences.

Image

People who want to start their own startup

These are people who have an idea, maybe they see a problem to solve and think about starting a startup. Sometimes they don't have the courage, sometimes they don't know where to start or how to approach the next elements of running a startup.

Image

VC and Business Angels

These are people or representatives of organizations who want to invest in innovative solutions and products that have the potential to have a real impact on the world. They want to invest money, but not only that.

Image

People supporting the startup ecosystem

The remaining group consists of consultants, mentors and advisors (i.e. from the area of finance or law), representatives of non-governmental organizations, organizations supporting innovation and students of local universities who want to get to know the world of startups.
